Kitchen Porter
Salary: dependant on age and experience, fill time salary available if wanted, plus good tips
We are looking for Kitchen Porters of all levels and experience, to join our young and ambitious team on a part time or full time basis. Responsibilities will include making sure plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and dried, keeping kitchen equipment in working order e.g. making sure there is salt in the dishwasher and the cleaning fluids are topped up. Assisting chefs with some food prep where needed. We aim to provide the right candidate with opportunities to broaden their skill set beyond KP work, e.g. progression into the kitchen. Must be reliable and have good time keeping skills, hard working attitude is a must, attention to detail, tidiness and working cleanliness, ability to work well under pressure, good communication and team working skills.
Weekday, evening and weekend shifts available.
Apprentice Chef
Salary: £13,000 - £16,000 depending on age and experience plus good tips
Candidate should have a passion for food, good attention to detail, self motivated, have a desire to learn, good communication skills, time management skills, pride in their work, team player. There will be opportunities to progress through the kitchen, we will support you in sourcing and implementing the correct course for you and your development. Working 5 days a week. 28 days holiday per annum.
Part time front of house
Salary: dependent on age and experience plus good tips
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our front of house team, no experience necessary, all training can be provided. Your role will include taking food and drinks order, delivering food and drinks to tables, clearing tables, up selling our menu and making sure our customers get the best dining experience possible. Making sure you are well presented at all times and a good ambassador of The Brewery Tap brand. Must have good attention to detail, good time keeping skills, great people skills and must be reliable. Both daytime and evening shifts available plus weekend shifts.
Assistant Manager
Salary: £22,000 - £29,000 depending on experience plus good tips
In this role you will work closely with the GM and the Owner of the pub, helping to maintain a friendly, attentive and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be managing and training the junior FOH team, must always be well presented, well mannered and level headed. Your roles will include maintaining stock management, presentation of stock and receiving deliveries and running the floor in the absence of the GM. Cellar training preferred, but can be provided, barista training will be provided. Must be friendly, fun and passionate and a team player.
